BBC has journeyed through some stretching and significant seasons in recent years. In every step, we committed ourselves to waiting on God—praying faithfully, listening carefully, and trusting His timing. Through visiting speakers and shared conversations, God kept bringing us back to the same question: “What do you have in your hands?”
This morning (31 May 2026), we celebrated a wonderful answer to that question as Lee Dale was inducted as our Minister in Training. After much prayer and discernment, we believe God has called Lee to serve with our church family, our community, and our town. He will begin his formal training in September.
We praise God for His guidance and look forward to continuing to serve Billingham together, bringing the hope and love of Jesus to many.
Our Church is made up of all kinds of ordinary people. They are all different but have in common a real experience of Jesus and His love. Come and meet us on Sunday mornings at 10.30am! We usually have a cuppa after service too so come along and say hello! We look forward to meeting you.
We meet every Sunday morning, there is always someone on the door to meet and greet you, to answer any questions and to make you feel welcome. The services usually include a mix of traditional and more contemporary songs, a time for prayer, a reading or two from the Bible and a message.
There is opportunity for children to leave the morning service and join the JIGSAW group where there is a special message delivered just for the children and the chance to do a craft. The JIGSAW leaders will guide the children to their various classes usually during the second hymn/song. There are also toys in the foyer to entertain the smallest children during the sermon.

Our activities include – MOT Ladies’ Group on a Monday morning, Women’s Bible Study Group on a Monday evening, 5th Billingham Rainbows, Brownies & Guides on a Tuesday evening, Line Dancing on Tues & Thursday mornings at 10am, Men’s Social Group on Wednesday afternoons, our Bible Study Group on Thursdays at 7pm and finally SweetPeas Toddler Group on a Friday morning.
